3. COLLECTION
3.1 IP addresses and browser settings. Your IP address and browser settings may be registered when you visit www.curixus.com. Your IP address is the address of the computer you use when visiting www.curixus.com. Browser settings are, for example, the browser type used, browser language and time zone, among others. This information is registered to ensure that Curixus Family Holding ApS can trace back to the computer in case of misuse or wrongdoing in connection with a visit to or use of www.curixus.com.
3.2 Further information. Curixus Family Holding ApS does NOT collect further personal or sensitive data upon visits to www.curixus.com, except when the visitor provides further information of their own volition, for example by submitting a funding application (see section 4).
3.3 Cookies. www.curixus.com does not use cookies, tracking technologies or third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics.
4. FUNDING APPLICATIONS
4.1 Through www.curixus.com you can submit an application to apply for funding for a project. When you submit an application, we collect and process the personal data you provide in the application, which may include your name, contact details and the information you choose to include about yourself and your project.
4.2 The data you submit is stored on our platform and is used solely for the purpose of receiving, assessing and administering your funding application.
4.3 Your application data is treated confidentially and is only accessible to persons at Curixus Family Holding ApS who are involved in the assessment and administration of applications.
4.4 You can at any time request that the data you have submitted be deleted by contacting us at info@curixus.com. We will then delete your data, unless we are required by current legislation to retain it, for example for accounting or documentation purposes.
5. DISCLOSURE
5.1 Disclosure of information. Your personal data will not be disclosed to other persons or third parties.
5.2 Other disclosure. Curixus Family Holding ApS will disclose information in accordance with current legislation in cases where Curixus Family Holding ApS receives an inquiry from the police (or another public authority) or the judiciary for disclosure of information.
5.3 Curixus Family Holding ApS does NOT use your personal data for profiling or marketing purposes.
6. DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1 You can at any time request deletion of the personal data you have provided via www.curixus.com by contacting us at info@curixus.com (see section 4.4).
6.2 We do not store your personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by current legislation.
7. DATA PROCESSING
7.1 Curixus Family Holding ApS uses an external company to conduct the technical operation of www.curixus.com and the platform on which application data is stored. This provider is used as a data processor in relation to the personal data which is under the data responsibility of Curixus Family Holding ApS.
7.2 Data processing is performed within the European Union.
7.3 The data processor works solely under the instruction of Curixus Family Holding ApS.
7.4 The data processor has taken the necessary technical and organisational security measures to prevent information from being accidentally or illegally destroyed, lost or impaired, and to prevent it from coming to the knowledge of unauthorised parties, being abused or otherwise processed in violation of applicable data protection legislation.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
8.1 Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, as well as the right to object to or request restriction of our processing of your data.
